Speed/response time is very important to me, and this thing flies, far faster than iTeleport, and has many more features. I was a iTeleport fanboy for years but was curious what else was out there. This is an amazing VNC client and by far the best one available. I was a little apprehensive to spend $20 on an iOS app, but the reviews are spot on. I would prefer if (even if I had already chosen a particular connection method before), clicking on a machine gave me a contextual menu of the connection options each time and I could choose previously used methods with one click. Lastly, there is too much proliferation of different connections to the same machine. These should be options but I haven’t found them.Īlso, on one occasion, File Transfer didn’t work. I also don’t mind if the number of colors gets reduced to speed up the response. I don’t mind lower res showing up that takes a few seconds to clean up to a higher res. That way I’m less likely to think that I might have missed the target with my finger and should zoom in and try again only to find out that I just did two actions instead of one. It seems that there could be a low res response that shows that whatever I did was received and responded to on the remote machine. I would have only taken 1/2 of a star away but that can’t be done so the reason for the missing star is that there are times when the connection is so slow and the app doesn’t do anything to let me know that the action (click or drag or type) has occurred at all I just have to wait for the refresh. This is the one I stopped at and has been the best combination ofReliability, steam, intuitive interface, ease-of-use and power user functionality of any I’ve used before. As a former IT I’ve had do use quite a few over the years. Like many others here, I’ve used many other remote control apps. TLS encryption and VeNCrypt authentication (ProxMox).Tested and works well with UltraVNC, TightVNC, RealVNC, VMWare, TigerVNC, x11vnc and other servers. If you are connecting to Windows or Linux over VNC: Real time network speed adaptation for the best performance over 3G or LAN.RD Gateway & load-balancing configurations. If you are connecting to Windows over RDP: Multi-language keyboard input using "Keyboard through Clipboard" mode.Greatly improves interaction speed with server-side picture scaling,.
